Pretty standard and modern place to stay, lovely views of downtown. Well priced breakfast and variety of goodies. Good-sized and top-notch room, gentle staff at the reception desk. The pool area is very clean too. Not to mention free Wi-Fi.

The rooms where spacious and updated and we could park outside. It was nice to have central heating, pay television and a microwave oven.

The hotel was immaculately clean with professional and really helpful staff at the reception desk. I had an a nice size and well-kept room with luxurious bathroom. The location of the property was comfortable and easy, on the breakfast menu at restaurant. A few times I ate at Lorenzo's Pizza, located just a pleasant stroll away from the venue. The food at the in-house restaurant was tasty, enjoyed this place.

Gentle, affable staff team at the reception desk. Very clean swimming pool and good location near to nearby rail station, the By Ward market and bus line. Also, to dinner at the Bistro.

It is reasonably priced. The hotel is ideal with a nice interior and gentle staff. All in all they offer excellent service. Overall, there is free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

our recent stay in ottawa was incredible - courtyard really impressed us with their spacious suites, central location, and friendly staff. it was the perfect place for our family to reintegrate into canada. great value for the price, too!

Unbeatable location really close to Ottawa, downtown and Parliament Hill in a downtown area. Spotless and immaculate units with comfortable beds.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Ottawa and had a fantastic experience. My purpose of travel was business, and I stayed at Courtyard for a week. The location was perfect, with a short 10-minute drive to all the places I needed to visit. The room itself was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the manager was generous in reducing my rate due to some noise interruption. it was a great hotel experience, and I look forward to returning.

All was clean, I liked great staff and rooms. The staff was knowledgeable, the bathroom was luxury. The bed was comfortable, I enjoyed it. The location was amazing very close to public transportation to go downtown, you may take train on Ottawa train station within 10 minutes walk from here. The restaurant was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.
